Why UK & Mexico?
The UK is one of the world’s most open and adventurous wine markets — a place where curious drinkers, innovative chefs, and leading hospitality groups actively seek new regions, new blends, and new stories. It’s a market that welcomes originality and rewards quality, making it the ideal home for wines that fall outside the traditional map.
Mexico, meanwhile, is an emerging wine region that has quietly been producing quality wines for decades.
